State and corporations have been forming and will continue to form 'public private partnerships'; these are to rule over the peoples of North America; and some of their actions will be non-transparent. There are no longer any citizens who have rights; the people are now subjects who exist to serve the Homeland and the word, will and way of the President his Elite Few designees such as John Negroponte.
