		<description>This is the height of insanity: for a country that is running out of cash, entangled in an endless, expensive war, and already facing massive debt and a crumbling social infrastructure, to put money back into the pockets of those who need it the least is criminal.  When will the rest of us say that enough is enough?  Our &quot;leadership&quot; is morally corrupt, bought and paid for.  Maybe it&#039;s true, that we get the leadership that we deserve....</description>
